SCH Global Solutions does not manufacture goods, operate production facilities, or provide technical, engineering, testing, inspection, certification, or conformity assessments.
3. Commercial Engagements
All commercial terms, including pricing, delivery conditions, payment terms, and scope of services, are agreed separately for each transaction through written communication, proforma invoices, or individual sales contracts.
Each inquiry and order is evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and no obligation shall arise unless expressly confirmed in writing by SCH Global Solutions.
4. Transit Trade Structure & Product Responsibility
All transactions are conducted within a transit trade framework, whereby goods are shipped directly from the manufacturer to the Buyer. Accordingly:
- SCH Global Solutions does not take physical possession, custody, or control of the goods at any stage.
- Manufacturing, production, technical specifications, certifications, warranties, regulatory conformity, and product safety remain exclusively the responsibility of the original manufacturer or seller.
- SCH Global Solutions does not assume liability for manufacturing defects, product safety, regulatory compliance, or end-use performance.
Where applicable, title to the goods may pass contractually for invoicing or transit trade purposes only, without transferring physical responsibility, control, or product-related liability to SCH Global Solutions.
5. Website Use & Content
SCH Global Solutions reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue website content at any time without prior notice. The submission of an inquiry does not create any obligation to proceed with a transaction.
SCH Global Solutions may decline inquiries based on commercial suitability, regulatory considerations, or project scope.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SCH Global Solutions’ liability, if any, is strictly limited to the accurate professional execution of agreed commercial documentation and shall in no event extend to the goods themselves, including their manufacture, quality, safety, conformity, or performance.
SCH Global Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or economic losses, including loss of profit or business interruption.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
Unless otherwise expressly specified in a written agreement or proforma invoice issued by SCH Global Solutions, any disputes or claims arising out of the use of this website or our services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
The courts of Ankara, Turkey shall have jurisdiction.
8. Prevailing Language
In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between language versions of this notice, the English version shall prevail.
