Our services are limited to professional sourcing support and commercial facilitation, intended solely to connect independent manufacturers and buyers within global supply chains.
2. Supply Chain Structure
Goods are shipped directly from independent manufacturers to the Buyer.
While SCH Global Solutions may act as the seller of record for transit trade and commercial documentation purposes, it does not take physical possession, custody, or direct control of any goods at any stage.
All manufacturing, production, logistics execution, handling, storage, and physical quality control remain solely under the responsibility of the original manufacturers.
Title to the goods, where applicable, may pass contractually for invoicing or transit trade purposes only, without any transfer of physical responsibility, control, or product-related liability to SCH Global Solutions.
3. Quality, Warranties & Product Liability
SCH Global Solutions commercially sources products from independent and reputable suppliers. However, as we do not manufacture, modify, inspect, test, certify, assemble, or physically handle the goods, all technical warranties, product quality obligations, safety responsibilities, and product liability remain exclusively with the original manufacturer or seller, in accordance with applicable laws and international trade practices.
Our role is strictly limited to facilitating professional communication between the Buyer and the Manufacturer in relation to quality-related matters, without assuming any technical responsibility or liability.
4. Regulatory Compliance & Certifications
All technical documentation, certifications, and conformity declarations (including CE, ISO, or similar) are issued solely by the manufacturers. SCH Global Solutions does not verify, validate, or assess the accuracy, completeness, or regulatory sufficiency of such documents and assumes no responsibility for regulatory compliance in the destination market.
Such documentation is transmitted to the Buyer for informational and transactional purposes only, and the Buyer remains solely responsible for determining its suitability for their intended market and use.
5. Professional Use Only
All services and information provided by SCH Global Solutions are intended exclusively for professional commercial entities acting on behalf of legal persons. This website is not directed at consumers, and no consumer transactions, consumer advice, or consumer contractual relationships are conducted or intended.
By engaging with our services, the Buyer expressly acknowledges and confirms their status as a professional commercial entity.
6. Limitation of Assumption of Liability
